Before You Book
Getting an Accurate Quotation
No field in the planner is there for decoration; each one changes the answer. Date and time settle availability along with the traffic we plan against. Addresses settle the route and which charges apply to it. How many passengers, and how much luggage, settles the car, and the car is one of four things a price is built from, sitting alongside distance, duration and timing. Guess at any of those and you get a figure needing revision later, which helps nobody at all.
What comes back is one written figure covering the entire movement, not a starting rate with extras bolted on later. Waiting gets agreed up front. Tolls, Congestion Charge and ULEZ are all included wherever they apply, and any return leg is priced inside the same arrangement. Should some part of the request work better arranged another way, hourly rather than point to point, say, or an overnight in place of a punishing return, you will hear that from us.
Add two things in your own words before you finish. The first is anything out of the ordinary: a gravel drive, a narrow entrance, a wheelchair, a dog, a case of wine, an arrival window that will not move. The second is a flight number, where one applies, because that lets us plan around the published schedule. Cars come from our own vehicles plus a vetted network of professional operators, so model and specification get confirmed at booking.

An occasion asks for rather more than two addresses. Take a wedding: what helps is the ceremony time, how many people are moving and which way they are going, whether one car is wanted twice over, and where the photographs will happen. Type all that into the planner in whatever order it occurs to you. We turn it into a running order and send it back for checking.
Several vehicles get quoted together as a single arrangement instead of separate bookings, which keeps pricing and timing coherent between them. Wanting one specific car for the photographs? Name it now, at this stage. Whether a particular model can be had on a particular Saturday is the one thing worth confirming before anything else is committed, and you will get a plain answer either way.

Nothing obliges you to proceed, and no follow-up campaign starts if you decide against it. Confirm, and a vehicle plus a named chauffeur are assigned to your date, with the terms set out in writing for both sides to keep.
Get an enquiry in as soon as your date is reasonably firm, above all for a summer Saturday, a season fixture, or one specific vehicle. Short-notice and same-day requests come off frequently and are always worth asking about, London especially. Changes after confirmation are entirely ordinary; they run on the same thread instead of becoming a fresh booking. Tell us early and all it amounts to is a change of plan.

Booking, answered
What you have given us is gathered into one WhatsApp message, which you then send. You press send yourself, so nothing leaves your phone unless you make it. We read the message, look at availability for your date and your vehicle, and come back with a written quotation. Only when you accept that quotation is your booking confirmed.
One written thread, kept in a single place that both sides can go back to at any time. Timings, addresses, flight numbers, vehicle choice, terms: all of it sits together, which does away with the misunderstandings that come of scribbling arrangements down during a phone call.
Date and time to begin with. Then the collection address and the destination, the number of passengers travelling, and a count of large and cabin bags. Airport journeys need the flight number and terminal as well. Should a child seat or mobility assistance be required, this is the stage to say so, not later on.
You can, and once a day runs past two stops it is generally the better way. Car and chauffeur are held for the window you agree, coats and luggage stay aboard from start to finish, and you go from one appointment to the next without arranging a thing twice.
Yes, we do. One car and the same chauffeur stay with you for the whole of it, and we arrange the chauffeur's own accommodation, showing it plainly in the written quotation. Hotels, admissions and reservations you book yourself; around those we build driving days that are realistic rather than optimistic.
We aim to answer every request promptly, and the answer always comes in writing. Urgent journeys, or anything for the same day, should be flagged in your first message; checking availability then goes to the front of the queue, so an answer you need quickly is not one you sit waiting for.
