Privacy drives the whole idea. There is no one else aboard, nothing is pooled, and the rear compartment stays a closed room for as long as the booking runs. Take a call at normal volume. Leave papers open on the seat between stops. Let a child sleep, with nobody asked to move along. On the cars we suggest for this work, rear privacy glass comes as standard.
Between appointments is where you feel it. Coats, shopping and laptop bags sit in the car instead of being hauled from one address to the next. You book a private chauffeur ahead of time and that chauffeur is assigned to you. Nothing gets hailed, taken from a rank, or handed out by an algorithm the minute before it pulls up. Plenty of working journeys have no business inside a corporate booking system. Evenings are where the pressure sits. Want a private chauffeur for a Tuesday afternoon and the same morning will often do it; ask for a Friday or Saturday evening in December and you want a fortnight, because the whole city is going out at once. Weekday daytime bookings place most easily at short notice, and they are the ones most likely to leave you a choice of vehicle.
Travel that repeats is worth flagging early, because then we hold the pattern instead of treating every week as a fresh enquiry. Standing dates can be released while you are away and picked up again once you return, and no minimum term is attached to any of it. Anything built around a fixed hour, a flight, a ceremony, a first night, should be booked the moment the date exists, with the pickup time refined nearer the day.
