Discreet Travel
The measure of good VIP chauffeuring is that nobody watching the door can tell anything unusual has been arranged.
Quoted individually. Share the outline and we reply with a written price — no rate card, no obligation.
Most of this work happens before the car moves. We establish which entrance will be used, where the vehicle can legally hold, how long the walk from kerb to door actually takes, and what the alternative is if the front of the building is busy. Where a venue has its own arrival procedure we follow it. We are an independent chauffeur service and make no claim to any official relationship with the venues we visit.
Confidentiality is treated as a working rule rather than a promise on a page. Names, addresses and itineraries are shared only with the chauffeur covering the journey. Chauffeurs do not photograph vehicles with passengers present, do not post about their work, and do not confirm to anyone that a booking exists. If you require a specific non-disclosure arrangement, tell us at the enquiry stage and we will handle it properly.
Vehicle choice follows the objective. A dark saloon that attracts no attention is often the correct answer for a private arrival. For a premiere, a gala or a photographed entrance, a Rolls-Royce or Maybach is chosen precisely because it is meant to be seen. We will say plainly which we would recommend for what you are doing, including when the more visible option would be a mistake.
Where a security team, a management company or a private office is involved, we work to their brief and keep them in the loop rather than around them. Late changes are normal in this work and we plan for them, holding an alternative route and a second waiting position for anything with a published start time. Share the outline on WhatsApp and we will build the timings backwards from the moment you need to be inside the room.

Why Luxury Chauffeurs
01
We check the actual distance from a legal holding position to the door, because thirty metres of open pavement is the difference between an easy arrival and a difficult one.
02
Bookings can be held under a reference rather than a name, and nothing identifying appears on a board, a windscreen or a message to the chauffeur.
03
Leaving is where most arrangements fail, so we agree the exit door, the signal and the pickup point before you go in, not while you are standing in it.
04
Chauffeurs assigned to this work are used to notable passengers and behave accordingly: no photographs, no recognition, no anecdote afterwards to anyone at all.
At a Glance
Entrances, holding positions and walking distances are confirmed in advance, with a workable alternative held in reserve.
Itineraries stay with the covering chauffeur alone, and no booking is ever acknowledged to a third party.
An anonymous dark saloon or a Rolls-Royce for a photographed entrance, chosen deliberately for the occasion.
Local Knowledge
The brief we want is not a set of addresses but a sequence of moments. What time you must be inside, how long you are expected to remain, whether the departure is fixed or open, and who will signal that you are ready to leave. From that we work backwards through the walk, the approach, the traffic and the collection, and we will tell you plainly if the timings you have been given do not hold together.
Where several vehicles move together, one of them has to lead and the rest have to know the plan. We nominate a lead chauffeur, agree the order, and keep a single group thread for the day so nobody is relaying instructions second-hand. Two cars leaving a venue thirty seconds apart look ordinary; five cars arriving separately over twenty minutes does not, and it is worth deciding which of those you want.
The most frequent misjudgement is choosing the car for the photograph and forgetting the rest of the evening. A large prestige saloon is superb at a lit entrance and awkward on a narrow mews at one in the morning. The second is assuming the departure will be as controlled as the arrival; it rarely is. If photographers are expected, say so, and we will position the vehicle so the door opens on the side you want it to.

Four Steps
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.
02
You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.
03
On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.
04
Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.
Included as Standard
Quoted as one price. No hidden extras added at the end of the journey.

Corporate & Business
Businesses use a VIP chauffeur for the visits that carry weight: an incoming chairman, an investor being shown three sites in a day, a keynote speaker who must be on stage at a stated minute. The corporate chauffeur brief in those cases is usually written by an assistant rather than the traveller, so we confirm everything in writing and copy whoever needs to see it.
Confidentiality applies to commercial matters as much as personal ones. An itinerary that shows a car waiting outside a competitor's head office says a great deal, which is why routes and destinations stay with the covering chauffeur and are not discussed elsewhere. Where your legal team requires a specific written undertaking before a transaction, it can be settled well before the first vehicle moves.
Who We Drive
Performers, presenters and sportspeople moving between a hotel, a studio and an appearance, usually to a schedule set by someone else and changed twice.
Delegations and visiting officials who need vehicles that behave predictably, chauffeurs comfortable with protocol, and a plan that survives a late change to the running order.
Assistants and managers arranging travel on behalf of a principal, who need one contact, written confirmations and no questions asked about who is actually travelling.
Speakers, award recipients and honoured guests who must arrive at a precise minute, composed, and without having negotiated a car park in evening dress.
Events & Occasions
Red carpet arrivals run on a published order and a narrow window, and the car has to be in the right place at the right minute or the whole line backs up behind it. We plan for the queue rather than the map, because the last two hundred metres of a premiere arrival often take longer than the drive across town that preceded them.
Private occasions ask for the opposite. A significant birthday at a country house, a memorial, a wedding where one family would rather not be photographed arriving: here the objective is that the cars are unremarkable and the guests simply appear. We match vehicles so that no single car stands out, brief chauffeurs to park out of sight, and keep the whole movement off any thread except the one you are on.

Airports
Met in arrivals with a name board, luggage carried, and departures planned around your check-in.
Popular Journeys
Quoted door to door as a single movement, including the return leg and any waiting in between.
Timing & Availability
Give us as much notice as the engagement allows, and expect us to ask for more. A VIP chauffeur booking involves site checks, vehicle matching and chauffeur selection that cannot be compressed into an hour. That said, this is work that changes late by nature, and a booking placed properly a fortnight ago absorbs a change of venue this afternoon far better than one placed this morning.
Certain weeks in the calendar are simply harder. Awards season, fashion week, the summer gala circuit and the fortnight before Christmas all pull the same vehicles and the same experienced chauffeurs in the same direction on the same evenings. If your date falls inside one of those, reserve early even if the venue, the timings and the guest list are all still to be decided. Details can follow; availability cannot.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.
Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.
Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.
The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.
