Choosing
Most people choose a car by counting seats. It is worth spending a moment on the other questions: how long you will be sitting in it, whether you need to work, how much luggage is really coming, and whether the day ends on a gravel drive or a hotel forecourt.
For a twenty-minute run across town almost anything is comfortable. For four hours to Edinburgh the difference between an E-Class and an S-Class is the difference between arriving and arriving well. For a wedding the car is in the photographs, which changes the calculation entirely.
If you would rather not decide, say so. Tell us the shape of the day and we will recommend the car we would put our own family in — and tell you when the more expensive option genuinely is not worth it.
The considered everyday car
Executive Luxury
A quiet, well-appointed saloon for one or two passengers. The right choice when the journey is short, the schedule is tight and comfort still matters more than spectacle.
01
The flagship four-door
Luxury Saloon
Full-size saloons built around rear-seat comfort — deep insulation, adjustable rear climate and enough space to arrive genuinely rested after two hundred miles.
02
Space without compromise
Luxury MPV
Individual rear armchairs, a flat floor and generous luggage capacity. The natural answer for families, small groups and long airport runs with real baggage.
03
Command and composure
Luxury SUV
A higher seating position, longer-legged suspension and confidence on country lanes and winter roads. Ideal for estate weekends and rural weddings.
04
A step beyond the flagship
Prestige
Extended wheelbase, reclining rear seating and near-silent running. Reserved for journeys where the car is part of the occasion rather than merely the means.
05
The pinnacle
Ultra Luxury
Rolls-Royce motor cars, arranged on request. Chosen for weddings, celebrations, red carpets and the days that deserve to be remembered in detail.
06
Specific model, colour and specification are subject to availability and booking confirmation. Vehicles are sourced from our own cars and a vetted network of professional chauffeur operators.
Why Luxury Chauffeurs
Why Choose Luxury Chauffeurs
01
Chosen for the day
The right car depends on the hours you will sit in it, the luggage genuinely coming, and whether the day ends on gravel or a hotel forecourt.
02
Presented properly
Every vehicle is valeted and checked before it comes to you, with the cabin set to the temperature you asked for and water already in the door.
03
Honest recommendations
Where the more expensive car adds nothing to your particular journey, we will say so. A twenty-minute run across town rarely needs a Phantom.
04
Confirmed at booking
Cars come from our own vehicles and a vetted network of professional operators, so model, colour and specification are subject to availability and written confirmation.
Choosing Well
Choosing a Chauffeur-Driven Car
The categories exist for real reasons. An executive saloon such as the Mercedes E-Class handles one or two passengers and modest luggage without ceremony. The luxury tier — the Mercedes S-Class and the BMW i7 — buys rear legroom, quieter insulation and seats you can genuinely rest in over four hours. A Mercedes V-Class carries a group and their cases together, which no saloon can honestly claim. Range Rover and Defender suit lanes, gravel and weather.
Two numbers decide most choices before taste enters the conversation: how many people, and how many large cases. Count them honestly, including the hand luggage that always appears at the last moment, because a car that fits on paper and not in practice ruins the start of a journey. Vehicle choice also moves the quotation, since the car is one of the four things we price against, alongside distance, duration and timing.
The ceremonial marques are a different decision altogether. A Mercedes-Maybach, a Rolls-Royce Ghost, Phantom or Cullinan is chosen because the arrival matters, and because the car will appear in photographs that outlive the day. These are held for far fewer bookings than the saloons, so a specific model on a specific Saturday needs asking for early. Tell us the date and the car you have in mind and we will confirm what can actually be held.
Four Steps
How Booking Works
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Tell us the journey
Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.
02
We quote in writing
You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.
03
The car is held
On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.
04
Your chauffeur arrives
Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.

Corporate & Business
The Executive Car Choice
For business travel the useful question is what happens in the back rather than what is written on the boot lid. An executive car service earns its cost when the cabin is quiet enough for a confidential call, the rear seat is wide enough to work across, and the ride is smooth enough that reading does not become a chore somewhere north of Watford.
Longer journeys change the calculation. Over a short city transfer most cars feel similar; over four hours the difference between an executive saloon and a full luxury saloon is the difference between arriving and arriving able to work. Where a team travels together, a people carrier keeps everyone in one conversation instead of splitting a meeting across two vehicles, which is usually better for a roadshow.
Who We Drive
Who Travels with Us
Working passengers
Executives who need a quiet cabin, a flat surface for papers and enough rear space to take a call without folding themselves around a laptop.
Families and groups
Households travelling with children, cases and a pushchair, for whom a people carrier solves considerably more problems than a saloon ever will.
Couples marking something
Anniversaries, proposals and weddings, where the car is photographed and remembered long after the journey itself has been comfortably forgotten.
Country arrivals
Guests heading for shooting weekends, farm tracks and country house drives, where ground clearance matters rather more than the badge on the bonnet.
Events & Occasions
Cars for the Occasion
Weddings put the vehicle in the photographs, which reverses the usual priorities. Colour, condition and the shape of the roofline start to matter as much as legroom, and the car is often required to sit outside a church looking immaculate for an hour. Ribbons and interior flowers are arranged by agreement, and we will always tell you honestly how a particular model photographs.
Red carpet arrivals, milestone birthdays and anniversary dinners work on the same principle in miniature. The door opens, someone steps out, and the first three seconds set the tone for the evening. For those journeys we recommend booking the specific car rather than a category, and confirming it in writing, since the whole point is that this car arrives and not merely a similar one.

Timing & Availability
Availability Through the Year
Executive and luxury saloons are the easiest cars to arrange at short notice, since they do the majority of daily work. People carriers tighten around school holidays and the airport season. The distinctive marques are the ones that disappear first, and a Saturday in high summer can be spoken for months ahead. If the car is part of the plan, ask before the date is fixed.
Nothing here is held speculatively, so availability is confirmed against your actual date rather than promised in general. Send the date, the vehicle you have in mind and the shape of the journey; if the exact model is unavailable we will suggest the nearest equivalent and explain what differs, rather than substituting quietly on the morning. That written confirmation is what you should be booking against.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
The Standard We Hold
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Vetted professional chauffeurs
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.
Discretion by default
Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.
Immaculate vehicles
Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.
One point of contact
The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.
