Terms & Conditions

Use of this website, and the arrangement of chauffeur services by Luxury Chauffeurs, fall under these terms. They have been written so that they can actually be read, and so that a fuller signed agreement can replace them where a client needs one.

No part of this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, availability and vehicles are each confirmed in writing, individually, before any booking comes into existence.

Every journey is quoted on its own, measured against distance, duration, vehicle and timing. Any quotation holds good for the journey and the date it describes, and it reserves no vehicle.

A booking comes into being at the moment we confirm it to you in writing. At that point the price, the vehicle category, the timings and any terms particular to that journey are set out, and this includes the arrangements for payment and for changes or cancellation.

Our own cars, together with a vetted network of professional chauffeur operators, are where the vehicles come from. Model, colour and specification in particular remain subject to availability and to booking confirmation.

Should a particular vehicle become unavailable through circumstances beyond our control, the closest equivalent or better will be offered at no additional cost, and wherever possible you will be told before the journey.

Realistic allowances for traffic, for weather and for the hour of travel go into the planning of every journey, and when a schedule looks tight we will say so honestly. Responsibility cannot be accepted for delays caused by matters beyond our control, road closures, severe weather and incidents on the network among them.

Arrangements for waiting time, including any free waiting period following a flight landing, appear in your written booking confirmation.

When you book, please give us the correct number of passengers and the correct number of luggage pieces, so that the vehicle provided can carry them safely. Seat belts must be worn. Children must travel in an appropriate child restraint, so tell us their ages and the correct stage of seat will be fitted.

A chauffeur of ours may decline to carry a passenger in any case where doing so would be unsafe or unlawful. No vehicle permits smoking, and that includes vaping.

Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, is neither excluded nor limited by us.

Subject to the above, no liability attaches to us for indirect or consequential loss, missed flights or connections among them, in cases where the journey has been performed as agreed. Should you have a fixed deadline to meet, tell us and the schedule will be built around it.

The text, the layout and the design of this site belong to Luxury Chauffeurs. Photography is licensed from a third-party image library and serves as illustration; it does not necessarily depict a specific vehicle available for hire.

Care is taken to keep the information here accurate, though details such as journey times remain indicative and depend upon conditions on the day itself.

The law of England and Wales governs these terms, and jurisdiction rests with the courts of England and Wales. Where you are a consumer, none of this affects rights held by you under the law of the country in which you live.
