Everything about it is deliberate — the scale, the Pantheon grille, the Spirit of Ecstasy, the Gallery running the width of the dashboard. The rear compartment is enormous, the ride is famously imperturbable, and the sense of occasion is total from the moment the coach door opens.
We arrange the Phantom for weddings, red carpet arrivals, landmark birthdays and the kind of celebration that only happens once. It is the most requested car in our range for photography, and the one guests remember.
Availability is genuinely limited, particularly across the summer wedding season. Please talk to us as early as possible about a specific date.
Interior

Why Luxury Chauffeurs
Why Clients Choose the Rolls-Royce Phantom
01
Room in the back
Scale is the whole argument. Two people can sit facing forward in full evening dress without touching, and a gown arrives exactly as it left the house.
02
Nothing else compares
Guests who have seen every luxury saloon still stop when this one arrives. That reaction is the reason the car is booked, and it never fails.
03
Steady beyond belief
The ride smothers surfaces that unsettle other cars, so a glass in the rear stays where you put it and nobody feels the last mile.
04
Handled with care
Chauffeurs assigned to this motor car are chosen for ceremonial work: formal dress, choreographed door work, and complete calm when a schedule slips.
Choosing This Car
Understanding the largest motor car
There are journeys this car is wrong for, and we will tell you which. A weekday airport transfer for two people with suitcases is an expensive way to move luggage, and a flagship saloon does it better in traffic. What justifies the Phantom is a day with photographs in it, or an arrival that has an audience. Where the schedule is purely functional, we will point you at another vehicle, even though the alternative is the smaller booking.
The capacity of two large cases and two cabin bags surprises people given the exterior dimensions, and the explanation is simple: the rear compartment took priority over the boot, exactly as it should have. For a wedding it comfortably carries what the day requires. For anything resembling a holiday departure, plan a second vehicle for luggage and let this one carry only the people who matter to the photograph.
Length and width are the real planning considerations. Narrow lanes with passing places, village churches with tight lych-gates, multi-storey car parks with height and turning limits, and hotel courtyards designed in the eighteenth century all need checking rather than assuming. Extended-wheelbase examples are longer again. On the credit side, the sill is low, the coach doors give an unusually generous aperture, and no passenger has ever had to climb out of one awkwardly.

How Booking Works
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Tell us the journey
Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.
02
We quote in writing
You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.
03
The car is held
On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.
04
Your chauffeur arrives
Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.

Corporate & Business
Brand, hospitality and prestige
Commercially, this is a hospitality asset rather than a transport solution. Luxury houses use it for press days and boutique openings, developers for prospective buyers touring landmark properties, and event organisers for the arrival of a headline guest. In each case the car is doing communication work, and the specification, colour and timing are treated as part of the production rather than a logistics detail.
Where several vehicles are involved, arrival order is planned and rehearsed so the principal car is not stuck behind its own convoy. We will liaise with venue teams, security and photographers in advance on where it may stop and for how long. Bookings of this kind are confirmed in writing with the itinerary attached, and one contact handles every amendment.
Who We Drive
Who Books the Rolls-Royce Phantom
Brides and grooms
Couples for whom the arrival at the ceremony is a moment in its own right, and who have planned the photograph long before the day itself.
Film and music
Artists and their teams travelling to premieres, award ceremonies and after-parties, where the car is part of what the cameras are there to see.
Significant hosts
Families and organisations collecting a guest whose arrival sets the tone for an entire evening, from a private dinner to a charity gala.
Once-only occasions
Anniversaries, retirements and birthdays that will not come round again, booked by people who decided years ago what the car would be.
Events & Occasions
The day it was made for
Wedding bookings dominate, and the shape is consistent: collection from the family home with time to spare, a slow, deliberate arrival at the ceremony, then the car held through photographs before carrying the couple to the reception. We ask for the photographer's brief in advance, because knowing where the car should be parked for the formal shots is worth more than any amount of improvisation on the day.
It has a second life at events where entrances are choreographed. Premieres, galas, charity auctions, landmark birthdays and the occasional surprise proposal all use it the same way, and the interior lighting means late-evening photographs work as well as daylight ones. Ribbons, floral dressing and interior arrangements are agreed with you well ahead so nothing is decided at the door.

Timing & Availability
Securing a Phantom date
Availability is the honest constraint here, more than for any other car we arrange. Peak wedding Saturdays are frequently spoken for many months in advance, and there is no way to create additional supply on a date that is already committed. If your date is fixed and this car is the one you want, the enquiry should follow the venue booking rather than the invitations.
The other pressure points are award season, the summer sporting fixtures and the days around Christmas and New Year. Midweek dates through the winter are considerably more open. Every Rolls-Royce comes from our own motor cars or from a vetted network of professional operators, and model, colour and specification remain subject to availability until we confirm your booking in writing.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
The Standard We Hold
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Vetted professional chauffeurs
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.
Discretion by default
Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.
Immaculate vehicles
Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.
One point of contact
The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.

Where We Travel
