Overview
There is a version of a great day out that involves a field car park, a twenty-minute walk in unsuitable shoes and somebody staying sober to drive home. This is the other version. The car takes you to the nearest permitted point, waits while you are inside, and is there when you come out — and nobody has to think about the journey back.
For events with a dress code and a long day on your feet, that difference is not a luxury so much as the thing that makes the day work. For weddings it is more than that again: the car is in the photographs, the timings are choreographed, and the chauffeur becomes quietly part of the running of the morning.
We are an independent chauffeur service. We do not sell tickets, hospitality or entry to any event, and we hold no affiliation with any organiser or venue. What we arrange is the travel — done properly, and planned around the timings you are actually working to.

How an Event Day Is Built
Three fixed points shape the plan for a major fixture: the hour the gates open, the way local traffic management runs on the day, and that moment when everybody leaves together. It is the last of the three that causes most of the disappointment, since a car summoned at the final whistle simply joins the same crawl as everyone else. So we agree a collection point clear of the pinch, and your chauffeur is standing there before you have started walking towards it.
Time rather than distance usually builds the price for an occasion, because the car spends most of its day standing still. Book an event chauffeur and the quotation takes in the outward journey, the hours of waiting and the return, all as one figure. Weddings tend to be quoted differently, as a package of vehicles and movements, since the morning throws up several journeys that overlap each other. Whichever applies, the price is written down before a thing is held.
It is the running order we need from you, not the name of the venue. Ceremony time. The hour guests are asked to be seated. Whether a formal photograph slot exists. When speeches usually finish. At a fixture, quote us the enclosure or entrance printed on your ticket, because access roads differ from one to the next. Send it all over on WhatsApp or by email, and the plan comes back written out for you to check.

Message us on WhatsApp with your date, the addresses and roughly how the day looks, or fill in the journey planner instead. Nothing is owed either way, and getting a price asks for no card details at all.

Back comes a written quotation setting out the vehicle, the timings and everything included. No estimate that shifts afterwards, and no surge pricing.

The car is held
Once you confirm, your date has a vehicle against it and a named professional chauffeur, with the terms set down in writing.

Client entertaining at a sporting fixture only works when the travel vanishes from view. Collect guests from their own addresses, bring them together for the drive, return each one individually at the end, and you have a wholly different day from a coach and a rendezvous point. Coordination of the several vehicles happens centrally, so the group arrives as one, and nobody is asked to stand somewhere unreasonable at seven in the morning.
Corporate event chauffeur work is judged on how the day ends. Guests who have been well looked after ought not to finish by negotiating a car park in the dark. Vehicles go into position beforehand. Driving is only one of the two jobs a wedding car has. The other is standing still. It goes into photographs that people will pull out and look at for decades, which is why colour, condition and the shape of the roofline all enter the decision, and why the thing has to sit outside looking immaculate while nothing whatever is happening. Ribbons and interior flowers get agreed beforehand. The morning is rehearsed on paper before anyone lives through it.
Step past the ceremony and the same logic carries over to theatre evenings, tasting menus, opening nights, red carpet arrivals. What the car does is make an occasion continuous, instead of a run of separate problems waiting to be solved. No driver has to be nominated. Nobody stands outside in the cold. Timing & Availability
The Season, and Booking Early
From spring onward the British season starts to fill. Cheltenham in March, Chelsea in May, Epsom and Ascot in June, the tennis fortnight running into July, then Henley and Goodwood behind it. Around those dates, cars across the surrounding counties are committed weeks ahead, and the more distinctive vehicles a good deal earlier still. Where a fixture has a fixed date, enquire the moment your tickets are confirmed.
Weddings answer to a clock of their own. Saturdays from May through September are the busiest days on the whole calendar, so a couple set on one particular car should be asking at roughly the point they book the venue. Midweek weddings and winter dates come considerably easier, and both get arranged to the same standard. Late enquiries are still worth making, because plans change.

All of the United Kingdom. London and the South East account for most starting points, though Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Cardiff come up often, along with everywhere in between. Touring itineraries running several days take us through the Cotswolds, the Lake District, Scotland and Wales.
Two large suitcases plus two or three cabin bags sit comfortably in a luxury saloon. Step up to a luxury MPV and you have room for five or six large cases with cabin bags besides. Count yours exactly before you enquire, and mention the awkward items, golf clubs, skis, instruments, a pushchair, so we can point you at the right vehicle.
Every quotation carries a sensible allowance, and airport collections get a longer one than a city pickup, simply because arrivals refuse to run to a timetable. How much that allowance is, and what happens once it runs out, appears in writing at the point of booking. A delay should never bring a surprise with it.
Let us know at the earliest opportunity and we will help where we can. The terms covering cancellation and amendment are put in writing when you book and form part of your quotation, so where you stand is clear to you before you commit to anything at all.
How payment works is confirmed in writing when you book, sitting alongside the quotation for your journey. No fixed rate card exists here: each journey is priced on its own, against distance, duration, vehicle and timing. The figure and the terms therefore reach you together, before anything at all is confirmed.
