Luxury Experiences
Weddings, the racing season, the tennis, a table somewhere that matters — occasions where how you arrive is part of the occasion.

Overview
There is a version of a great day out that involves a field car park, a twenty-minute walk in unsuitable shoes and somebody staying sober to drive home. This is the other version. The car takes you to the nearest permitted point, waits while you are inside, and is there when you come out — and nobody has to think about the journey back.
For events with a dress code and a long day on your feet, that difference is not a luxury so much as the thing that makes the day work. For weddings it is more than that again: the car is in the photographs, the timings are choreographed, and the chauffeur becomes quietly part of the running of the morning.
We are an independent chauffeur service. We do not sell tickets, hospitality or entry to any event, and we hold no affiliation with any organiser or venue. What we arrange is the travel — done properly, and planned around the timings you are actually working to.
Why Luxury Chauffeurs
01
Through the whole fixture, the ceremony or the dinner, the vehicle stays where it was agreed and comes back the moment you send a message.
02
Event days run on traffic management plans, arrival windows and passes. We plan against those rather than against an ordinary weekday route.
03
Chauffeurs turn out to match the occasion, and the vehicle is presented for a day when it will be photographed as much as driven.
04
We arrange travel only. No tickets, no hospitality, and no affiliation with any organiser, venue or event, which keeps the advice straight.
The Season
Ascot, Wimbledon, Silverstone, Goodwood, Cheltenham, Henley and Chelsea — planned around gates, traffic management and the hour everybody leaves at once.

Five days in mid to late June
Set down close to the gates, collected on your word, and nobody nominated to drive.

Late June into early July
A car that waits out the fifth set, in a postcode where you simply cannot park.

Early July, across a three-day weekend
The race is the easy part; the car parks and the exit are what a chauffeur fixes.

July, August and September
Hillclimb in July, racing on the Downs in summer, and the Revival in September.

Four days in March
Cotswold hotel runs, a close set-down and nobody in the party staying sober out of duty.

Late June into early July
Set down by the enclosures rather than crossing a meadow in entirely the wrong shoes.

Five days in late May
A short set-down in SW3, and a boot large enough for the final-day sell-off.
Occasions
Weddings, dining, theatre, shopping and the nights that deserve a car waiting outside.

Year round, with a peak from May to September
Ribboned cars, unhurried timings and a chauffeur who knows the route before the day begins.

February and September
A moving base between shows and appointments, with coats, samples and shoes on board.

Year round
An agreed collection point after the encore, instead of an hour in the exit queue.

Year round
Dinner, curtain up, and a car at the corner when the lights come back on.

Year round
Nobody nominated to drive, and no parking to find in Mayfair at eight o'clock.

Year round, busiest from November to January
Bags to the boot between stops, appointments kept, and no parking anywhere in W1.

Year round, concentrated around the premiere and awards season
Timed arrival slots, the correct door, and an exit plan for when it is over.

Year round
Birthdays, anniversaries and proposals, with guests collected from several doors on one plan.
Choosing Well
Major fixtures are planned around three fixed points: when the gates open, how the local traffic management runs, and the moment everybody leaves at once. The last of those causes most of the disappointment, because a car summoned at the final whistle joins the same crawl as everyone else. We agree a collection point away from the pinch, and your chauffeur is in position before you begin walking towards it.
Pricing for occasions is usually built on time rather than distance, since the car spends most of the day stationary. An event chauffeur booking covers the outward journey, the hours of waiting and the return, quoted as one figure. Weddings are more often quoted as a package of vehicles and movements instead, because the morning involves several journeys that overlap. Either way the price is written down before anything is held.
What we need from you is the running order rather than the venue name. Ceremony time, when guests are asked to be seated, whether there is a formal photograph slot, when the speeches usually end. For fixtures, tell us the enclosure or entrance printed on your ticket, since access roads differ. Send the details on WhatsApp or by email and the plan comes back written out for checking.
Four Steps
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.
02
You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.
03
On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.
04
Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.
Included as Standard
Quoted as one price. No hidden extras added at the end of the journey.

Corporate & Business
Entertaining clients at a sporting fixture only works if the travel disappears. Guests collected from their own addresses, brought together for the drive, and returned individually at the end is a very different day from a coach and a rendezvous point. Several vehicles are coordinated centrally so the group arrives together, without anyone being asked to be somewhere unreasonable at seven in the morning.
The end of the day is where corporate event chauffeur work is judged. Guests who have been well looked after should not finish by negotiating a car park. Vehicles are positioned in advance, each guest is matched to a car and a chauffeur before departure, and the drop-offs are planned in a sequence that makes geographic sense rather than the order in which people wandered out.
Who We Drive
Couples, families and bridal parties who need several vehicles arriving in the right order at an address with one narrow entrance.
Racegoers and members who know exactly how long the queue out of a car park takes, and have decided never to join it again.
Companies entertaining clients for a day, where the travel is part of the hospitality and nobody should be checking a phone for a taxi.
Groups marking a birthday, an anniversary or an opening night, where the arrival and the journey home both belong to the occasion.
Events & Occasions
A wedding car has two jobs, and only one of them is driving. It appears in photographs that will be looked at for decades, so colour, condition and the shape of the roofline are part of the decision, and it must sit outside looking immaculate while nothing at all is happening. Ribbons and interior flowers are agreed beforehand, and the morning is rehearsed on paper before it happens.
Beyond the ceremony, the same logic covers theatre evenings, tasting menus, opening nights and red carpet arrivals. The car turns an occasion into something continuous rather than a series of separate problems to solve. Nobody nominates a driver, nobody stands outside in the cold, and the journey home is as considered as the arrival was. For a milestone birthday, that is most of the gift.

Timing & Availability
The British season fills from spring onwards. Cheltenham in March, Chelsea in May, Epsom and Ascot in June, the tennis fortnight into July, Henley and Goodwood behind it: on those dates cars in the surrounding counties are committed weeks ahead, and the more distinctive vehicles far earlier than that. A fixture with a fixed date deserves an enquiry as soon as tickets are confirmed.
Weddings work to a different clock again. Saturdays between May and September are the busiest days in the calendar, and couples who want a particular car should be asking around the same time they book the venue. Midweek weddings and winter dates are considerably easier, and the same standard of arrangement applies to both. Short-notice enquiries remain worth making, since plans change.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.
Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.
Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.
The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.
