Request a Quotation
One short form, no rate card and no obligation. Tell us the journey and we will reply with a written price for it.
Quoted individually. Share the outline and we reply with a written price — no rate card, no obligation.
Your Quotation
Five details are enough to price a journey: your name, one way to reach you, where the car collects you, where it is going and the date. Everything else simply makes the answer more precise.
When you are ready, the form composes the request and hands it to WhatsApp. You press send yourself — nothing is booked, and no price is agreed, until we have replied in writing.
After You Send
Three steps, and only one of them is yours.
01
The form writes your journey out in the order our team reads it. Nothing leaves your device until you press send inside WhatsApp, and no card details are taken at any point.
02
A person — not an algorithm — works out what the journey actually involves and returns a written quotation covering the vehicle, the chauffeur, the timings and everything included.
03
If the price and the plan work, we confirm in writing and hold a car and a named chauffeur for your date. If they do not, that is the end of it. There is no cost to ask.
How Quotations Work
There is no rate card here, and that is a deliberate decision rather than an oversight. A chauffeur booking is not a taxi fare with a meter attached to it. What a journey costs depends on how far the car travels, how long it is held for you, which vehicle you have asked for, what time of day it runs and what has to happen at either end. Two journeys between the same two postcodes can sit a long way apart once a four o'clock start, three hours of waiting or a second vehicle enters the picture. Publishing one figure would mean publishing a figure that is wrong for most of the people reading it.
So every quotation is written individually. When you send the form above, a person reads it, works out what your journey actually involves, and replies with a price covering the vehicle, the chauffeur, the timings and everything included. Nothing is estimated now and quietly revised later. There is no surge pricing applied because the day turned out to be busy, and no fare recalculated at the kerb because the traffic was worse than somebody's software expected.
The quotation itself is free and carries no obligation whatsoever. You are not asked for card details to receive one, asking does not place a hold on a vehicle, and there is no follow-up sequence if you decide against it. We would far rather you knew the number before you committed than discovered it afterwards.
If you are comparing one chauffeur company against another, the single most useful question to ask each of them is what the quoted figure includes. A luxury chauffeur service that quotes low and then adds parking, waiting time, tolls, the Congestion Charge, a meet-and-greet fee and a late-night supplement is not cheaper than one that quotes all of it at once — it is simply less clear. Our quotations are a single figure with the extras already inside them, and the waiting allowance written down before you agree to anything.
Before You Send
None of it is compulsory. The more you include, the sooner we can reply with a firm written price rather than a question.
01
Pickup and destination addresses, the date, and the time you need to arrive rather than leave.
02
Passenger numbers, large cases and cabin bags, and the ages of any children so we fit the right seats.
03
One journey, a return, or a car held for several hours. Say if the timings might move.
04
A flight number lets us plan around the published schedule; an event name tells us which gate and which traffic plan.
05
A category is enough — or ask us to recommend one for the party and the distance.
06
Accessibility requirements, a preferred route, a stop on the way, or a quiet car with no conversation.
Pricing Factors
The six things a quotation is built from. None of them is a mystery, and we are happy to explain how any of them applies to your journey.
01
Mileage is the starting point, but the route matters as much as the map. A cross-London movement at five o'clock is a different job to the same distance on a Sunday morning.
02
Point to point is priced as a movement; an as-directed booking is priced by the hours the car is held for you. Waiting time at an airport is quoted differently to waiting at a kerb.
03
An executive saloon, a long-wheelbase MPV and a Rolls-Royce sit at genuinely different points. Ask us to recommend one and we will suggest the smallest car that comfortably fits the party.
04
Very early departures, overnight returns, bank holidays and the busiest weekends of the event season all affect what it takes to staff a journey properly.
05
Six people with six large cases is a different vehicle to four people with hand baggage. Getting this right at the quotation stage is what stops a car arriving too small on the day.
06
Child seats, step-free access, a second vehicle, a meet in arrivals with a name board, or a stop on the way — all quoted inside the single figure rather than added afterwards.
What never changes the price after the fact: traffic that was worse than expected, a route that turned out longer than the map suggested, or the day simply being busy. The figure you agree is the figure you pay.
Before You Send
01
Your quotation is a figure you can plan around, with the vehicle, the timings and the inclusions set out in writing before anything is agreed.
02
Congestion Charge, ULEZ, tolls, parking and the agreed waiting allowance are quoted within the price rather than appearing at the end of the journey.
03
Requesting a quotation costs nothing, reserves nothing and takes no card details. If it is not right, simply do not reply.
04
The person who prices your journey is the person who arranges it, so nothing has to be explained twice.

Writing the Request
The fastest route to a firm number is a request that answers the obvious questions before they are asked. Full addresses beat postcodes, because a postcode does not tell us whether a car can actually stop there. The time you need to arrive is more useful than the time you would like to leave, since planning a journey backwards from an arrival is how a chauffeur booking avoids becoming a race.
Tell us how many people are travelling and how many large cases and cabin bags they are bringing. That single line decides the vehicle more than any other, and getting it right at the quotation stage is what prevents a saloon arriving for a party of five with skis. Mention anything awkward as well — golf clubs, instruments, a pushchair, a folded wheelchair — because those change the car rather than the price.
If your journey touches an airport, a flight number is worth including. We use it to plan your collection around the published schedule and the time it usually takes to clear that particular terminal, and to set a sensible waiting allowance inside the quotation. We make no claim to watch your aircraft minute by minute; a message from you when you land is quicker and more reliable than any screen, and an airport chauffeur service that tells you otherwise is overselling itself.
Say whether you want one movement, a return, or the car held for a stretch of the day. Hourly and as-directed work is priced quite differently to point to point, and a day with four movements in it is usually better arranged as one booking than as four. If timings might move, say that too — it is far easier to build flexibility into a quotation than to add it on the morning.
Finally, tell us anything that would make the journey better rather than merely possible. A preferred route, a quiet car with no conversation, a discreet entrance, a stop for coffee, a child seat and the age of the child, or the fact that this is a first visit to the UK and a little local commentary would be welcome. A private chauffeur is not only a driver, and none of this costs anything to ask for.

Four Steps
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.
02
You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.
03
On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.
04
Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.
Included as Standard
Quoted as one price. No hidden extras added at the end of the journey.
A quotation should answer a question, not open a negotiation.
Our Reply
We aim to answer every request the same day it arrives, and most are answered a good deal sooner than that. We do not advertise a guaranteed number of minutes, because a promise we could only keep on quiet weekdays is not a promise worth printing. What we will say is that a real person reads every enquiry, that nothing is answered by an automated estimate, and that if your travel is imminent you should say so in the first line — we read those first.
The reply comes back on WhatsApp by default, because that is the channel we answer fastest on and the one most people find easiest to check. If you would rather have it by email, put an email address in the form and say so, and the quotation comes from info@luxury-chauffeurs.uk instead. Either way it is the same written price, and either channel can carry an itinerary or a passenger list.
The quotation itself sets out the vehicle class, the chauffeur, the timings, the waiting allowance and what is included in the figure, along with anything we think you should know about the journey — a station where the drop-off has moved, an event where the approach roads close early, a flight time that is tighter than it looks. If there is a cheaper or simpler way to do what you have described, we will say that too, even when it means quoting for less.
If a request needs more information before it can be priced properly, we will ask one clear question rather than sending a form back. And if we cannot cover a date or a vehicle, we will tell you plainly rather than leaving an enquiry unanswered. Those are the only two contact channels we operate: WhatsApp on +44 7775 554848 and email to info@luxury-chauffeurs.uk.
Who We Drive
People who have never used a chauffeur company before and would like to know what a journey involves before committing to anything.
Executives and assistants pricing a single meeting, a full day of movements, or a recurring airport run on the same weekday each month.
Households arranging a holiday departure, a school run at the start of term, a hospital appointment or a long weekend away.
Organisers costing several vehicles across a single day, where the timings matter more than the mileage.
Airports
Tell us the terminal and the flight number and we will price the collection around the published schedule, with a waiting allowance written into the figure.
Popular Journeys
Quoted door to door as a single movement, including the return leg and any waiting in between.
Lead Times
Short-notice requests are often possible, particularly midweek and particularly for an executive saloon or an MPV. If your journey is tomorrow, or later today, send it anyway and say so — we would rather tell you honestly that a car is not available than have you assume it was not worth asking.
The further you move from a standard saloon, the earlier it is worth asking. A specific prestige or Rolls-Royce vehicle on a summer Saturday is the hardest thing on this site to secure at short notice, because supply of those cars is genuinely limited and demand concentrates on the same handful of dates every year. The same is true of the racing calendar, the tennis fortnight, awards season and the week either side of Christmas.
Weddings and multi-vehicle days deserve the longest lead time of all, not because the price changes but because the planning does. Several cars, several pickups and a schedule that cannot slip are worth quoting early, revising once and confirming calmly. Multi-day touring itineraries are the same: send the outline of the whole trip and we will price it as one arrangement rather than as a string of separate journeys.
There is never a charge to ask, and never a penalty for asking early and deciding later. Send the date and the shape of the journey and we will tell you what is available, what it involves and what it costs — and if the honest answer is that another date would serve you better, we will say that as well.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.
Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.
Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.
The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.
