Roadshow Programmes
Twenty minutes between meetings is what makes or breaks a roadshow, and that gap is precisely where a dedicated chauffeur earns his place.
Quoted individually. Give us the outline and a written price comes back to you: no rate card, no obligation whatsoever.
Your party gets the car for the whole programme, rather than booking it meeting by meeting. So one chauffeur has read the itinerary end to end, knows the fifth address before you have reached the second, and has already established where he can legally stand outside each building. Materials live in the boot for the duration instead of being lugged into every reception.
Schedules overrun. We plan for it instead of pretending otherwise. Your chauffeur knows which appointments carry slack and which have none, so when a session runs fifteen minutes long he can tell you on the spot what that costs and whether the next stop still holds. Where a day truly cannot be recovered, far better you hear it at eleven in the morning than at four in the afternoon.
Multi-city programmes come up often: London on Monday, Manchester and Leeds on Tuesday, Edinburgh on Wednesday. The same car can run between cities, or a second vehicle can meet a train or a flight at the far end, or you combine the two. Consecutive long days bring driving-hours rules into play, and we build the chauffeur rota around them openly rather than quietly stretching one man.
One WhatsApp thread holds the coordination, and it can take in your assistant, your organiser and the person actually doing the travelling, so timings and changes land with everyone simultaneously rather than through three separate conversations. Your chauffeur sits in that thread as well. A message about a room running late therefore reaches the car directly, not after passing through two offices. Across a programme of eight meetings in three cities, that is what separates a day which recovers from a day which unravels.

Why Luxury Chauffeurs
01
Between buildings, quiet cabins and privacy glass let the team unpick the meeting just finished and prepare the next, which is where much of the real work happens.
02
Split the group for parallel sessions and a second vehicle slots into the same plan, rather than being hunted down separately by whichever colleague happens to be free.
03
Legs, cities and waiting hours all arrive as one written statement, which reconciles far more easily than a folder stuffed full of individual receipts.
04
Cars carry no markings, chauffeurs are briefed, and nothing said inside gets repeated outside. Names on a schedule count as private information, never as conversation.
At a Glance
One person carries the entire itinerary, which means no address and no timing gets explained a second time.
Knowing where the slack sits, your chauffeur can say straight away what a late finish will cost you.
Travellers, organisers and assistants share one WhatsApp conversation, which puts every update in front of everyone at the same moment.
Local Knowledge
Full days per vehicle is how roadshow work is quoted, not leg by leg, since the value lies in the car being there rather than in the miles it turns. Mileage between cities, any overnight accommodation the chauffeur needs, standby days where the schedule is still uncertain: each of those is itemised on its own, so the cost of every part is visible. Two vehicles on the busiest day and one on the rest gets priced exactly like that.
Building the schedule in a diary and thinking about transport afterwards is the classic mistake. Twenty minutes between a meeting in the City and one in Mayfair reads as optimistic at eleven in the morning and as fiction at five. Send us the draft itinerary before it goes round and we will mark the legs that do not work while there is still room to move them. Arranging each city on its own is the other error, since it produces four suppliers, four briefings and nobody holding the whole picture.
The day starts before the first meeting does. Collection from the hotel happens with time to spare, and your chauffeur has already worked out where he may legally stand at each address on the list, which in parts of the City and of Edinburgh is a genuine question rather than a formality. Between appointments the cabin turns into the room where the last conversation is taken apart and the next one assembled. Last leg of all is usually a station or an airport, and it carries the biggest margin of the day.

Four Steps
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Message us on WhatsApp with your date, the addresses and roughly how the day looks, or fill in the journey planner instead. Nothing is owed either way, and getting a price asks for no card details at all.
02
Back comes a written quotation setting out the vehicle, the timings and everything included. No estimate that shifts afterwards, and no surge pricing.
03
Once you confirm, your date has a vehicle against it and a named professional chauffeur, with the terms set down in writing.
04
Your chauffeur is briefed beforehand on the route, the access and where the waiting happens, so nothing gets decided at the kerb.
Included as Standard
Quoted as one price. No hidden extras added at the end of the journey.

Corporate & Business
An assistant, a travel manager or an events team books most of these programmes, not the person actually travelling, and the arrangement is built with that in mind. One written quotation covers the entire programme. One account settles it. The summary you get afterwards lists every day, vehicle and city in a form that drops into an expense system without needing any translation.
Should your travel policy set requirements around insurance, licensing or vehicle standards, raise it at the outset and we will confirm what applies to the cars in use. The vehicles come from our own cars and from a vetted network of professional chauffeur operators, with the same standards applying either way. Where a programme needs one named chauffeur throughout for security reasons, mention that early on.
Who We Drive
Listed companies carrying a results presentation round the institutions, where eight meetings in one day only holds together if somebody is managing the gaps between them.
Bankers running a financial roadshow around a transaction, wanting vehicles that turn up on time, stay quiet, and take no interest whatever in what is discussed inside.
Management teams working through the funds in London, Edinburgh and Cambridge, generally carrying a laptop, a demonstration unit and not one spare hour between the lot of them.
Brand teams doing the round of press offices, retailers and regional showrooms, shifting samples and display pieces that no train journey would leave intact.
Events & Occasions
Anything that moves a small group through a great many addresses suits the same structure. Conference programmes where speakers come and go at different hours. Awards tours, graduate recruitment rounds across several universities, diplomatic and trade delegations, and the site visits that follow an acquisition. What each of them needs is identical: continuity, a car that waits, and somebody who knows the next address before anyone says it.
Socially is how programmes nearly always finish. Dinner once the last meeting is done, drinks with the local team, or a late flight home for whoever cannot stay over. Evening movements belong inside the same booking, which spares anyone ordering cars from a restaurant doorway at eleven, and guests outside the travelling party can be dropped home along the way.

Airports
Met in arrivals with a name board, luggage carried, and departures planned around your check-in.
Popular Journeys
Quoted door to door as a single movement, including the return leg and any waiting in between.
Timing & Availability
Give us a week and a programme crossing several cities has room to breathe, particularly around the chauffeur rota, which takes planning. A London-only schedule works on three or four days. And if the itinerary refuses to settle, book the dates anyway with the detail left open. Cars and chauffeurs are held against those days, and the running order can wait until the night before.
The reporting calendar is where demand gathers. Weeks following full-year and half-year results, the conference season in spring and again in autumn, and the fortnight before Christmas are the hardest stretches in which to find several vehicles in several cities at once. Quietest of all are August and the last two weeks of December, and a programme run then carries far more flexibility.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Before anyone drives for us they are licensed, insured and vetted. Ahead of the day your chauffeur reads the journey through, and turns up dressed for the occasion.
No branding appears on the cars. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and whatever gets said behind the front seats goes no further.
Cars of the current generation, valeted ahead of each journey, still water and charging in the rear compartment.
One person takes your enquiry, writes the quotation and sees the booking through, so you never explain anything twice.
