February and September bring London's fashion weeks round, and for those few days the city fills up with shows, presentations, showroom appointments and dinners scattered from Soho and Mayfair right across to the East End. Nothing quite runs to time. Everything overlaps. Two commitments twenty minutes apart on paper can turn out to be forty. Editors, buyers, stylists and their teams spend the whole week in motion.

February and September carry the two London seasons, and dates are published some months ahead, though the menswear and digital strands drift about the calendar from one year to the next. Nearly all the demand for larger vehicles compresses into that handful of days. Milan and Paris sit either side of London in the running order, so anyone travelling the full circuit has signed up for a fortnight on the move rather than a long weekend away.
Come to us the moment the dates are published, then pin down the running order afterwards. Reserving a chauffeur early costs nothing at all, and the choice of specification thins out fast once the week draws close. One evening at short notice is usually workable; a full week at short notice with a large vehicle, considerably less so. Same-day changes are expected, and a message settles them without any renegotiation.
