Luxury Experiences
The best private occasions are held together by small logistics somebody has to worry about, and it should not be you.
Quoted individually. Share the outline and we reply with a written price — no rate card, no obligation.
These are the occasions with no organiser and no venue manager: a significant birthday spread across a lunch, a private room and a bar; an anniversary that begins with a drive back to somewhere that mattered thirty years ago; a proposal that depends on being in a particular place at a particular hour with nobody suspecting anything; a christening where half the family is arriving by train. Small, personal, and easy to get wrong.
A chauffeur absorbs the moving parts. Guests are collected from several addresses and delivered to one, on a running order you give us once. The elderly relative is picked up from her own front door rather than a station taxi rank. The surprise stays a surprise because nobody has been asked to drive or to explain where they are going. And at the end of the evening, everyone leaves at the time they choose.
Send us the shape of the day rather than a list of postcodes: who is where, what must not be late, and what can move. We will hold the timings and speak to your chauffeur directly rather than to the person the evening is about. If you would like something waiting on the rear seat when the doors open, tell us in advance and we will discuss what can sensibly be arranged.
For the moment of arrival, a Rolls-Royce Phantom is difficult to improve upon, with a Cullinan as the more usable alternative where the venue is rural. A V-Class is the workhorse of the day, running between addresses collecting people and coats. For a couple slipping away at the end, an S-Class waiting quietly around the corner is exactly the right note.

Why Luxury Chauffeurs
01
The person the day is for should not be checking whether the second car has left. We hold the schedule and report to you, never to the room.
02
A step-in height that works for grandparents, room for a pram, and space for cake, flowers and gifts that should not travel on somebody's lap.
03
Celebrations do not finish at the hour they were meant to. The car stays until the last of your guests has gone, with no conversation about it.
04
No branding, no signage and no comment afterwards. Whatever the occasion is, the only people who know its shape are the ones you have told.
At a Glance
Several addresses, one plan, and we hold the timings rather than the guest of honour.
Instructions come from you, and the car stays out of sight until the moment it should not.
Guests leave when they choose, including the relatives who would otherwise need a lift.
Local Knowledge
Once an occasion needs more than one vehicle, the difficulty stops being the driving and becomes the sequencing. Cars leave from different addresses, cover different distances and meet different traffic, yet everybody is expected at the same door inside the same ten minutes. We build the plan backwards from the arrival, give each chauffeur a departure time rather than simply a destination, and keep the vehicles in contact with one another throughout the day.
The detail that rescues a day is knowing who travels with whom. Grandparents and small children want the same car and the same unhurried loading; a group of old friends want the vehicle where they can all hear each other. Cake, flowers and a change of clothes need a boot that is not already full of coats. Send the guest list against the addresses and the times, and we will say honestly how many vehicles it takes.
Then there is the venue. Private houses, village halls and country hotels rarely have a turning circle designed around a long wheelbase, and a gravel drive in February is a completely different surface from the same drive in June. We check the approach beforehand and agree where each car stops, waits and turns. The return leg is the one people forget to plan, and it is invariably later and in more directions than anybody anticipated.

Four Steps
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.
02
You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.
03
On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.
04
Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.
Included as Standard
Quoted as one price. No hidden extras added at the end of the journey.

Corporate & Business
Businesses celebrate too, and the arrangements are much the same. A partner's retirement dinner, a long-service evening, a summer party at a house outside London where nobody can reasonably drive home afterwards. Guests are collected from the office in groups and returned individually across the evening, which is both the kindest arrangement and the one that ends the night with nobody wondering how a colleague got back.
For client-facing occasions, a launch, an anniversary of the firm or a private dinner for the people who matter most to it, the car forms part of the welcome. Vehicles are presented properly, chauffeurs know the guest names before anyone arrives, and everything is invoiced to the company. Nothing said between an office and a restaurant travels any further than the car it was said in.
Who We Drive
Fortieth, sixtieth, ninetieth. Parties with guests of every age and a guest of honour who should not be arranging their own transport home.
Couples returning to a church, a restaurant or a stretch of coast that means something to them, with the drive itself part of the occasion.
One person who knows the plan and one who does not, and a schedule that has to be exact without ever appearing to be planned at all.
Christenings, naming days and reunions where relatives arrive from three counties and nobody wishes to spend the afternoon as the designated driver.
Events & Occasions
A surprise lives or dies on its timing. If a proposal depends on being at a particular gate at a particular minute, or on a car appearing at a front door while somebody still believes they are going out for an ordinary lunch, then the plan must be written down and read twice. Your chauffeur is given a part and plays only that part. Nothing is improvised, and nothing is mentioned afterwards.
The quieter occasions matter every bit as much. Bringing a new baby home, collecting a relative for a birthday they assumed everyone had forgotten, a school leavers' ball, a difficult day when no one in the family should be behind a wheel. These need patience rather than presence, and a chauffeur who understands that the work is mostly being calm, early and entirely unobtrusive.

Airports
Met in arrivals with a name board, luggage carried, and departures planned around your check-in.
Popular Journeys
Quoted door to door as a single movement, including the return leg and any waiting in between.
Timing & Availability
Weekends between May and September carry most of the summer celebrations, and they compete directly with the wedding season for the same vehicles and the same chauffeurs. From late November the party season claims every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening in the calendar, and New Year's Eve is a category all of its own. Sundays and midweek dates are far easier, and usually give you a wider choice of vehicle.
Book the hours generously rather than exactly. An occasion planned to end at eleven rarely does, and a booking that stops before the guests do creates precisely the anxiety the car was meant to remove. For a summer Saturday or a December evening, several months of notice is sensible; for a midweek dinner, a week or two is normally plenty. Asking early settles the question and commits you to nothing.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.
Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.
Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.
The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.
