Slough is a business town first and last, and its greatest asset is where it sits.

Nobody comes here for the architecture and we will not pretend otherwise. What Slough offers is concentration: the Trading Estate alone holds a remarkable number of corporate headquarters, and the town sits between Heathrow and the Thames Valley corridor with unusually good access to both. Almost every journey we run here is corporate, and almost every one of them is judged on whether it arrived when it said it would.
The practical picture is straightforward. We collect from the station and the hotels along the Bath Road, run guests into the Trading Estate and the offices around Buckingham Avenue, and handle the constant airport shuttle that any stay here involves. Meetings tend to begin early, so collection times are set around what the M4 actually does at that hour rather than what a mapping application optimistically suggests.
The compensation for Slough is entirely in what surrounds it. Windsor and the Castle are ten minutes south, Eton just across the river, and Burnham Beeches sits immediately north for anyone who wants an hour among proper trees. Cliveden, Marlow and Henley run west along the Thames, and Ascot is twenty minutes away when the racing is on and the town empties in that direction.
Heathrow is remarkably close, typically fifteen to twenty-five minutes depending on the terminal and the traffic around Colnbrook. From central London the M4 usually takes forty-five minutes to an hour and a quarter. The Elizabeth line reaches Slough directly from Paddington, and a good number of guests use it and then keep a car for the working day once they arrive.

Why Luxury Chauffeurs
01
Everything here is measured against Heathrow. Collection times are set from the terminal and the hour rather than from a distance that never tells the whole story.
02
The Trading Estate runs to a grid of avenues and unit numbers that defeat first-time visitors. The gate and the building are confirmed before you set off.
03
Meetings here begin before the traffic does. Five and six o'clock starts are ordinary work, arranged the night before and confirmed by message that evening.
04
When the day finishes, Windsor, Burnham Beeches and the Thames are minutes away, and the car takes you there rather than back to the hotel bar.
At a Glance
Fifteen to twenty-five minutes on an ordinary morning, which makes tight connections far less anxious.
A large site with many entrances; your chauffeur knows which gate the address actually uses.
Ten minutes south for dinner, the Castle or a walk that does not involve a business park.
Local Knowledge
Junctions 5, 6 and 7 of the M4 each serve a different part of town, and the A4 Bath Road runs parallel to all of it. For Heathrow the choice is between the Colnbrook and Poyle roads or the motorway itself, and on a bad morning they fail at different times. Fifteen to twenty-five minutes is fair for the terminals, though Terminal 5 and Terminal 4 are not the same journey.
In the town itself the ring road around the centre is quick and unforgiving of a missed exit, and the station sits on the main line from Paddington with the Elizabeth line calling as well. A good number of guests travel out by train and pick up a car here for the working day. Hotels along the Bath Road are set back behind service roads, so the entrance matters more than the postcode.
The Trading Estate deserves its own paragraph. It is a very large site by any measure, entered from the Bath Road and Farnham Road sides and laid out in long avenues where similar buildings repeat. Security barriers, visitor registration and goods entrances all slow an arrival that looked simple on paper. We confirm the exact gate and building beforehand, and the chauffeur waits where waiting is permitted.

Four Steps
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.
02
You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.
03
On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.
04
Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.

Slough is a business town first and last, and its greatest asset is where it sits.

Corporate & Business
Practically everything we do in Slough is business travel, and the measure of it is simple: did the car arrive when it said it would. Site visits, board meetings, audits and inspections all run to fixed times, and the traffic between Heathrow and the Thames Valley does not care about any of them. So margin is built in, and it is either used or it is not.
Days here are usually made of several short movements rather than one long one, which is why day hire suits the town. The chauffeur stays with you between the estate, the Bath Road offices and the airport, laptops and cases remain on board, and there is no rebooking between stops. Central billing can be set up so visiting staff never handle anything themselves.
Who We Drive
Colleagues in from overseas for two or three days of site meetings, working to a diary that leaves no room at all for a wrong turn.
Crew and aviation professionals moving between the Bath Road hotels and the terminals at hours when very little else is reliable.
Groups working on site for a week, needing the same vehicles each morning and a late run back when the evening overruns again.
Guests heading north to Iver Heath and Pinewood, where the approach roads are quiet, unmarked and best not found by trial and error.
Events & Occasions
Slough is a base rather than a destination, and its virtue is what surrounds it. Windsor is minutes south for dinner, Eton across the water, and the beeches to the north are properly beautiful in autumn. Stoke Poges, Burnham and the villages towards Beaconsfield hold the sort of country pubs a visiting team will remember long after they have forgotten the meeting.
For occasions proper, Ascot in June and Henley in July both draw the town's visitors south and west, and the roads behave accordingly. Dorney Lake, Black Park and the Chiltern edge all make an easy half day. Corporate entertaining is common here, and the arrangement is usually several cars out in the afternoon and a staggered return late at night.

Airports
Met in arrivals with a name board, luggage carried, and departures planned around your check-in.
Popular Journeys
Quoted door to door as a single movement, including the return leg and any waiting in between.
Timing & Availability
The rhythm here is weekly rather than seasonal. Monday mornings and Thursday evenings are the pressure points, along with the long-haul arrivals that land before dawn and the early European departures needing collection while it is still dark. Those slots are limited and go first, so a regular pattern is best fixed well in advance.
Ascot week in June, the school holidays and the fortnight before Christmas tighten availability across the whole corridor. Outside those, midweek short notice is usually possible. Tell us the flight number or the meeting time rather than a rough hour, and the arrangement is built around the thing that cannot move, which is nearly always somebody else's clock.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.
Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.
Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.
The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.
