Arrivals & Departures
Leeds Bradford sits high on the moor edge at Yeadon, and the last few miles up from either city are the part that catches people out.
Quoted individually. Share the outline and we reply with a written price — no rate card, no obligation.
The airport is reached by A-roads rather than motorway, climbing out of Leeds through Horsforth or up from Bradford by way of Guiseley, and it stands high enough to catch weather the cities below never see. In winter we leave earlier as a matter of course. Your chauffeur will have driven the approach many times and will not be relying on a satnav's optimism about the final stretch.
A single terminal keeps collections simple. Your chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board and carries the luggage out to the car. Tell us the flight number and we plan the pickup around the published schedule and the clearance times we would normally expect here. If a delay pushes your landing back by an hour, a message on WhatsApp is all it takes to move things.
For departures the drop-off sits a short walk from the terminal door, so the handover itself is quick. What deserves proper thought is the collection time: the morning run out of Leeds towards Horsforth is slow, and the Bradford side can be slower again. We choose a time that reflects the day of the week and the hour, and your chauffeur arrives comfortably ahead of it.
Harrogate is the journey we make most often from this terminal, a short and rather pretty drive that suits a weekend away. York, Ilkley and the Dales follow close behind, and guests fly in for weddings across Yorkshire throughout the summer. Into Leeds itself the run is quick enough that the car is at the hotel before you have finished the arriving phone calls.

Why Luxury Chauffeurs
01
Harrogate, Ilkley and the Dales are all easier by car than by any combination of bus and train, and the luggage is handled once.
02
We treat the climb from Horsforth and the run up from Guiseley as the real journey. Collection times reflect which one we are using and what hour you are travelling.
03
When the schedule from Yorkshire is thin, guests fly from Manchester instead. That long distance chauffeur run is a familiar one for us and often the calmest part of the trip.
04
Nothing on the vehicle advertises anything. Conversations in the back stay there, which matters as much on a family journey as it does on a corporate one.
At a Glance
The airport sits high. In winter we collect earlier as standard rather than gambling on the climb.
A short, handsome drive and easily our most requested onward journey from this terminal.
A name board in the arrivals hall, the cases taken, and no walking between buildings.
Local Knowledge
Arrivals come out into a single hall, and because the terminal is compact you will normally spot the name board straight away. Passport control and reclaim here move faster than at a hub on most flights, though a full aircraft arriving alongside another can push the wait out noticeably. We plan the collection around the published landing time and the clearance we would ordinarily allow, then wait as long as it takes.
Drop-off is close to the doors and works on a keep-moving basis, so the handover is deliberately brief. The roads are the part that repays thought. From Leeds the usual line is the A65 and up through Horsforth; from Harrogate the A658 comes across the top; from Bradford the climb runs via Guiseley. All three are single-carriageway in places, and one stalled lorry changes the arithmetic completely.
Where this airport really earns a chauffeur is on the journeys either side of it. York, the Dales and the North York Moors are all straightforward from the terminal, and the drive to Manchester Airport is one we make regularly for guests whose route only exists from there. Winter mornings deserve a mention: frost sits on the tops long after the city has thawed, so a six o'clock departure is collected earlier than the distance alone would suggest.

Four Steps
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.
02
You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.
03
On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.
04
Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.
Included as Standard

Corporate & Business
Yorkshire's corporate travel is shaped by a thin schedule: useful links to Dublin, Amsterdam and a handful of European cities, and very little else without a change. That makes ground planning matter more than it does in London, because the alternative to a missed departure is often the next day. We would rather build in a wider margin and have you sitting down early than shave twenty minutes off a motorway.
Day trips work here because the terminal is quick: a first flight out and a last flight back is a realistic shape for a meeting in a European city. We will hold the same chauffeur for both ends, collect from an office rather than a house, and invoice the company directly rather than the individual. Coordination stays with one person by email or WhatsApp.
Who We Drive
The legal and financial offices around Wellington Place and Park Row generate steady early-morning departures, and a business chauffeur turns a five o'clock start into an hour of quiet reading.
Spa-town households who use this terminal for a European city break and want the same private driver waiting when they land back on a Sunday night.
Yorkshire fills its summer with both, and guests flying in for York, Wetherby or a barn conversion outside Skipton would rather not drive.
Two universities in the city mean a great deal of luggage moving in September and June, and one car doing the whole job beats three separate arrangements.
Events & Occasions
The county's calendar is generous. York race meetings, the Great Yorkshire Show, weddings in barns and halls from Ripon to the Wharfe valley, and a steady flow of guests who fly in for a weekend and would rather arrive at the front door than a station. The car stays with you for the day if that suits better than two separate transfers.
Leisure travel out of Yeadon has its own rhythm — ski departures in February, city breaks in the shoulder months, longer family holidays in August. Whatever the occasion, the useful conversation is about what happens at the far end: which gate the car can reach, how many cases there really are, and whether anyone needs a seat fitting for a small passenger.

Airports
Met in arrivals with a name board, luggage carried, and departures planned around your check-in.
Popular Journeys
Quoted door to door as a single movement, including the return leg and any waiting in between.
Timing & Availability
February half term and the summer weeks are the busiest, and the early slots on a Saturday go long before the flights fill. If you are travelling then, a booking made several weeks ahead is sensible. The quieter months are genuinely quiet, and a car can often be arranged at a day's notice, including for an arrival that lands late on a Sunday evening.
Weather is the other variable worth planning around. Between November and March we would rather agree a collection time that looks slightly cautious on paper, because the last few miles can be a different world from the city below. Send the flight details and your starting address by WhatsApp or email, and we will propose a time and explain why we have chosen it.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.
Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.
Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.
The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.

Where We Travel
London is where most of our work begins, but a chauffeur can be arranged to and from any address in the United Kingdom.
Arrivals
Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name board and helps with luggage to the car. Share your flight number and we plan the wait around the published schedule and the usual time to clear immigration and baggage reclaim.
Departures
We work backwards from the check-in time you want to make, allowing for the road, the hour of day and the walk from the drop-off. Cases are carried to the terminal doors, and your chauffeur will wait until you are inside.
Terminals
We are an independent chauffeur service. We hold no official partnership with any airport, terminal operator or fixed base operator. Share your flight number and we will plan your pickup around the published schedule and typical clearance times.
Onward
Journeys we are most often asked to arrange from Leeds Bradford Airport.
Long-distance journeys from the airport are quoted door to door, including any waiting time. See long-distance journeys or tell us the destination and we will price it.
